«Melnie Mūki» in Riga old town

The restaurant “Melnie Mūki” is our flagship project and a testament to sustainable development. We took over this venture in 2012 when it was completely closed and inactive.From the ground up, we built this restaurant into a thriving establishment that continues to operate successfully under new ownership today. We crafted the restaurant’s concept, designed its interior, and fostered long term relationships with our loyal customers.

Our work at “Melnie Mūki” not only revitalized the space but also laid the foundation for its enduring success in the community.

"Palmas" restaurant

We had the incredible opportunity to help launch a venture that has brought together our passion for food and community. From the very beginning, our team was involved in every step of the process.

Cafe "Apaļkalns"

We are excited to introduce one of the latest projects: the cafe/restaurant “Cafe Apaļkalns”. In this endeavor, we meticulously crafted the design, curated a diverse menu, and assembled and trained a dedicated team—all while navigating the challenges posed by the facility’s location outside the city and the limited availability of labor resources.

We are proud of what we achieved, and we are pleased to announce that the project has now been handed over to new owners, who will continue to build on the foundation we established.

''Hoijeres'' pub

It is a cozy place for gatherings, where you are always welcomed with a warm atmosphere, delicious food, and excellent drinks. We were there at the beginning of the pub’s creation, pouring our energy, experience, and soul into developing this unique project. Our contribution became the foundation for the pub to find its identity and become what it is today.
